Our symptoms and discomforting experiences express what has happened to us in the past.  In my clinical work, I aspire to help clients tolerate and be present moment to moment, using the body and the felt senses as entry points to habits of thought, feelings, and behaviors that stand as barriers to living an engaged life. All aspects of experience are invited into the therapy room, and working with what arises we seek antidotes and tools to reduce suffering and open up new possibilities.  A deep mutuality, collaboration, creativity, and surprise are what I absolutely love about the therapeutic relationship.

“Until you are willing to be confused about what you already know, what you know will never grow bigger, better, or more useful.” -Milton Erikson, M.D.
